Your Wishes, Granted.
As we kick off IT Nation Connect 2019 as a Startup Exhibitor (come see us booth K2-A; ICYMI, we’re giving away an iPhone 11!), we wanted to recap some of the latest updates and improvements to be on the look out for from ChatGenie. We’ve been hard at work launching new features, building exciting integrations, and incorporating requests from our awesome Beta subscribers–learn about them & more below!
ChatGenie has been given a long-overdue face lift–and we love it 😍. In addition to looking a heck of a lot better, signup is simpler and Flow design is more intuitive and streamlined. The end result: CG users can start working faster, faster 🚀.
2. Intelligent Flows
Flows are at the core of CG’s base feature set, as they let users determine where tickets and sales opportunities can be interacted with in Slack or Microsoft Teams. Before now, the Flow Engine was both over-developed in its approach and somewhat limited due to that structure–confused? So were some users!
We went back to the drawing board 🕵 laser-focused on delivering the flexibility our customers need, simply. Enter our new, intelligent Flows:
Need to sure you have CXO-level visibility on any P1 ticket 🎫 raised for VIPs at major accounts? Now it’s as simple as:
- When a Ticket is created
- Under Company Dunder Mifflin Paper Company, Inc.
- For Contact Michael Scott
- And Priority = 1
- Post the ticket to the Channel #executive-visibility
From there, your stakeholders can track progress against VIP user Michael’s “Terminate Toby Flenderson Now!!!” ticket in real-time no matter where they are without forwarding emails like they’re hot. Powerful!
3. Dynamic Channels
As an MSP, one of your least favorite events is any escalation–but handling them well is why customers pay you the big bucks 💰.
One of the complexities involved with an escalation event is efficiently tagging all cross-functional resources in and centralizing communications. Now CG users can dynamically create a channel dedicated to the escalated Ticket, automatically adding assigned resources so the problem can be swarmed by your dream team.
The best part? All in-channel communications are written back to the Ticket (and updates from ConnectWise Manage to the channel), so you have one source of truth ☝.
4. We’re Legit!
ChatGenie is proud to be a member of the ConnectWise Invent program. In the last few weeks, we’ve gained Certified Integration status for the following platforms:
More exciting updates will follow as we continue to integrate more broadly into the CW solution ecosystem. If you’d like to see a feature or integration in particular, please drop us a line on our Canny page!
5. ChatGenie Action Platform
The single most exciting announcement we’re making at ITN2019 is CG’s ability to now integrate with prominent solutions in the channel & execute tasks for those systems directly from your CG tickets in Slack or Microsoft Teams. Stop by our Startup Booth (K2-A) in the coming days for an exclusive early look at our Action Platform in… action 😉.
